Jeff Dalton, Lead Appraiser: appraiser@broadswordsolutions.com
- Jeff is our Certified Lead Appraiser and CMMI Instructor. His background includes two decades as a software engineer (EDS), a project manager and architect (Hewlett-Packard), Senior Manager Consultant (Ernst & Young), Director of Quality (RL Polk), and as a Chief Information Officer. He holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University in Music and Computer Science. Jeff has taught the "Introduction to CMMI" class 54 times to over 1000 students and has conducted dozens of appraisals.
Jill Mannaioni, Business Development: jill@broadswordsolutions.com
- Jill handles our business and account management and is usually the first person you will speak with at Broadsword. She is responsible for engagement design and also has a strong background in client management, business development, marketing, and account management with Keane, Cap Gemini, EDS, and Broadsword.
Cathy Henderson, Senior CMMI Consultant
- Cathy is one of our Senior CMMI Consultants and has been working with the model since it's inception. She has broad experience that includes serving as an account manager, project manager, and consultant with Keane, EDS, and Broadsword.
Julie Calfin, Senior CMMI Consultant
- Julie is one of our Senior CMMI Consultants and she has been helping clients with CMMI and process improvement for fifteen years. She specializes in organizational change management, is an extraordinary facilitator and teacher and has many years experience as a consultant with AON, Ernst & Young, and Broadsword.
Laura Adkins, Consulting Coordinator and CMMI Consultant
- Laura is our Consulting Operations Coordinator and a CMMI Consultant. She is responsible for coordinating our consulting activities, leading our training program, and serving our clients. She is a PMI Certified Project Manager and process consultant with over a decade of experience working with the CMMI and managing projects with EDS, Hewlett-Packard, and Broadsword.
